iColor Printer Copier Consumables Co.,Limited （hereafter as iColor）is the authorized exclusive partner of ColiDo 3D printers and filaments in entire African countries.iColor is granted to an exclusive licence of the rights to sell the ColiDo 3D products in the territory during the term of an agreement in accordance with the terms set out inan agreement and the iColorhereby accepts such right. iColorwill be entitled to sell and distribute the ColiDo 3Dproducts in the territory through its Channels.
